Looking to move to DE

Hey everyone I'm in the process of making my great escape from New Jersey. Today I managed to land a job in Delaware so I'm looking for a place to move into sometime in September after I've pooled together money for the deposit+month's rent. Right now I've made arrangements with a friend to temporarily stay in his guest room for the days I need to work, but I need permanent residence. Was hoping maybe there were some furs who will have a vacancy in one of their rooms for rent in or near the Wilmington area within the next month or two. Just one thing though, I may be guilt tripped into bringing a cat with me so a pet friendly residence would be a plus. Also I am a gun owner and my firearms will be coming with me. Just need to get that out so its not a problem just before/after I sign anything.
