kitt3ns, in general. we have a list of themes to choose from in the furbowl staff forum, sometimes kitt3ns will approach me and say WHAT SHOULD THE THEME BE and i suggest something--that's what happened for this month!

when you say it's the fourth one that you did last year, do you mean at a different con or something like that? we've never used the 50s before at furbowl...

Reaux- he means that we had our own dress theme for Furbowls as fun between friends. We'd coordinate before hand and come looking swanky and awesome.

oh, ok! i know kuhn dressed up a lot but i guess i never saw it as a themed thing, just him dressing up...i didn't notice the whole crew doing it! sorry D:

To build on what Amaretto said, remember the one time Tachello and I came as greasers? For a moment I thought you guys were just recycling the stuff our little crew already did, whatever works! I'm just wondering if my leather jacket will still fit in now that it has patches on the shoulders.

As it stands now, the only getup I won't be re-donning this year is the hot mess with the blue wig, unless you're doing "flamboyant" for next month, lol.

Delaware Furbowl 37.5 POST MEET REPORT

We came back after a longer than planned DE Furbowl hiatus with a fantastic event! Our 1950's themed furbowl had 167 attendees!

Everything went fantastic this DE Furbowl! So fantastic that I had a hard time writing this post-meet because I couldn't think of much to talk about!

I'm going to be making a special note to the management of the bowling alley to try and get an extra bartender down at the alley bar as when we surround the bar things do take a while to get moving. It's an issue we've hit before and I would like to try and get it taken care of sooner rather than later.

The artist's alley has been super successful and we look forward to seeing how it evolves with the coming furbowl! In that spirit we will be rolling out a new system for the DE Furbowl Artist's tables. We're still working out the details but this will help give more variety to the tables there. This will probably take affect not this coming furbowl but the next.

Our next event is very soon and the DE Furbowl 38 will be on August 25th. Stay tuned for the upcoming Furbowl Announcement!
