Hewwo Everyone!
I know I haven't been on for a while or even made it too a meet since Christmas but hopefully I'll be making the next one. But it will probably be my last for a long time, which brings me to my point. As a going away project of mine, I am in search of an artist to do a poster size drawing or two by the first or second week in April. I would like to conduct this professionally. I would like any interested parties to submit a portfolio of work (3-4 renderings) to me at cloudgp@msn.com as well as an estimate on how much one would charge for 2 poster (possibly 3 x 2 foot) size portraits, one character each with a simple background. The details are negotiable upon contract. I will select an artist based on their style of work as well as their estimate. If I do not select your work, it is not because the work isn't good. It's just not what I'm looking for. If I do not respond to your email within a week of its being sent, then I have probably chosen another. Also, PLEASE NOTE! Make sure you are able to meet the deadline (April 11th) and will commit to the work before submitting your portfolio. I can't afford to have the project fall through last minute because of scheduling or procrastination. I put stuff off and it kicks me in the butt and I don't want this too. Further details can be worked out when the artist has been selected. If you have any questions, please post them here. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing all of your works! ^.^ Sincerely, Winter Update: I'm kinda sad I haven't heard from any one on this. With the tough times of late, I'm surprized no one's jumping at the chance to make some extra money. I'm going to keep this up through the week, but times growing short. |

RE: Commission Submission
i think part of the reason no one's jumped onit is because it's such a short deadline! those of us with the skill to do it (which does not include me, haha) have other commitments (school for cid, for instance).
maybe try asking at the fur affinity forums? you'll reach a wider audience there! |
